Sandra Dalziel
OWNER / OPERATOR
In the Fall of 1992, Sandra, a devoted mother, faced with the dilemma of safe Halloween costumes for her three beautiful daughters. Instead of settling for ordinary masks, she delved into her creative reservoir, transforming face paint and glitter into whimsical works of art. A cat, a tiger, a swirly butterfly—each one a masterpiece that garnered praise from neighbours far and wide.
As the years rolled by, Sandra’s knack for decoration and event planning blossomed into a full-fledged passion. From church gatherings to community events, her talent became the talk of the town, laying the foundation for what would soon become a thriving business.
Fast forward to 1997, and a fateful encounter at the Tulsa Indoor Fun Fair catapulted Sandra into the world of professional face painting. With her husband and daughters by her side, they dazzled crowds with their artistic prowess, officially christening themselves ‘Carnies’ in the carnival circuit. From California to Ontario, their journey unfolded, expanding to include a menagerie of entertainment services—clowning, balloon twisting, and themed party extras—all infused with Dazzl’s signature flair.
Tiffany Begbie
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Tiffany is a naturally creative individual with over 25 years of design experience. She started with face painting at a young age, working at carnivals, corporate parties, church events, and charity functions. Tiffany’s creativity continued into her adult life with a career in hairstyling, which led to other areas of art and design such as custom handmade decor, graphic design, photography, event decor, party planning, and setup. She continually furthers her education in all areas of art and design to ensure your experience with Dazzl’s Event Decor & Party Planning is the best it can possibly be.
Ashlie Rocks
FACE PAINTING DIRECTOR
Ashlie has been in the events business for over 15 years and been face painting for over 20 years. Having participated in carnivals, fairs, the circus, corporate activities, festivals, charitable festivities, camps, parties and ministries, she has become skilled at face and body painting guests of all ages. Having volunteered in children’s ministry and youth programs most of her life, Ashlie especially enjoys face painting and hanging out with kids.
