STANDS:
1 Balloon Stand: $130
(additional $10+ for custom personalized decal on big balloon)
2 Balloon Stands: $200
(additional $10+ for custom personalized decal on big balloon)
Deposit for stand rental: $30 (stand(s) must be returned no later than one week from day of event. Deposit will be refunded upon return. If you wish to keep the stand for any any of your future events you are welcome to do so at the cost of the deposit.)
GARLANDS:
1 Bunch Includes:
- 1, 18″ inch (for every 3 bunches)
- 2, 12 inch Balloon
- 6, 10 inch Balloons
- 8, 5 inch Balloons
$30.00 per/bunch (3 bunch minimum)
5 Bunches: $ 145.00
7 Bunches: $200.00
10 Bunches: $275.00
*Pricing may vary if balloons need to be double stuffed and or specialty balloons are added.
Delivery Fee: $10 plus $0.63per/km (pick-up is also available [van or truck required to fit balloons])
Delivery & Set up: Delivery fee plus $20 p/half hour of set up.
(If you choose to pick up your order, installation and set up instructions will be included.)
GRAB & GO
Our Grab and Go option is an excellent way to save time and money, allowing you to focus on creating unforgettable memories. Simply share your vision with us, and we will turn it into a Grab and Go reality. Whether it’s a themed party, a corporate event, or a casual get-together, our convenient service ensures everything is ready for you to pick up and enjoy.

Option 2: Standing Balloon Display
- 1 Balloon garland, length determined by you. *refer to balloon pricing
- Stand & all necessary tools required to attach garland if necessary

Our Grab & Go backdrops are lightweight and custom-designed to your specifications. Sizes and shapes are listed below. (Pricing includes the backdrop painted in your desired event colour. Custom decals and letters are add-ons and are not included in the backdrop pricing).

Foam Board Backdrop:

Backdrop Rentals:
Our backdrop rentals are perfect for when you want the full setup and teardown of your event decor handled by professionals. With this service, you can focus on enjoying your event while we take care of all the details. Our team will ensure that your backdrop is beautifully installed and seamlessly removed, providing an stress-free experience from start to finish. Our pricing is competitive and transparent, ensuring you get the best value for your money. Below is a general pricing guide to help you plan your event.
Standard Backdrops:
- Solid Arch Backdrop: Starting at $150
- Rectangle Backdrop: Starting at $180
- Angle Backdrop: Starting at $200
- Rainbow Backdrop: Starting at $220
Custom Backdrops:
- Personalized Designs: Starting at $250
- Themed Backdrops: Starting at $300
Additional Options:
- Custom Decals and Lettering: $50 and up
- Lighting Enhancements: $75 and up
- Floral or Balloon Garlands: $100 and up
Service Fees:
- Setup and Teardown: $75 (within a 20-kilometer radius)
- Additional Mileage: $1.50 per kilometer outside of the 20-kilometer radius
Package Deals:
- Basic Package: $350
- Includes one standard backdrop and setup/teardown services
- Premium Package: $500
- Includes one custom backdrop, custom decals/lettering, and setup/teardown services
- Deluxe Package: $750
- Includes two standard backdrops, lighting enhancements, floral or balloon garlands, and setup/teardown services
